Keith Thompson provides overall leadership for the operational side of our business, serving our academic partners. As COO, Mr. Thompson manages the Partnership Directors and their relationships with our academic partners, while also providing leadership to our Instructional Services and Retention Services. Mr. Thompson joined Compass Knowledge Group early in 2008 after 10 years as SVP of Technical Services for SunGard Higher Education Services – Managed Services Division. In that capacity, he helped create and grow a number of new services for higher education institutions throughout the country. Prior to that role, Mr. Thompson served as Vice President of Software Support, Inc, managing up to 1,250 customer service representatives in a call center operation which grew by 600% in under 2 years. He also developed solutions for, and managed teams within, the financial and investment banking industries. His role at Compass includes the development of best practices and processes that enables Compass Knowledge Group to scale, while sustaining and enhancing our quality of services to all of our academic partners. Mr. Thompson graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Computer Science.
