Mark Jeske is responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources function including employee retention and recruitment, benefits, and training as well as managing investor relations. Prior to joining Compass Knowledge Group, Mr. Jeske spent the past eight years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting with SunGard Higher Education Services – Managed Services, and a short period of time with a spin-off organization of the SunGard Higher Education/Collegis merger. During a time of sustained substantial growth, Mr. Jeske led the Human Resources and Recruiting efforts supporting 1300 employees on 85 campuses throughout 39 states. Prior to serving at SunGard, he served in Human Resources and Recruiting leadership positions at other high growth companies such as GTE Data Systems (now Verizon), Acxiom, a large database management company, and SHL Systemhouse, an international software systems integrator. Mr. Jeske received his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University.
