Models of Student Services and Recruitment
Abstract

Compass Knowledge Group will share benchmarks for recruitment and retention success for the 20 distance learning programs that they support for eight diverse not-for-profit universities. Citing their predictable model and strategies that net 4-8% inquiry-to-student conversion rates, 90%+ retention rates, and student satisfaction results that exceed on-campus evaluations for 19 of 20 parameters, Compass will explain why institutions like Boston University, University of Florida, and University of Cincinnati have chosen to expand their capacity and maximize their investment by outsourcing recruitment and retention services.
