Since the late nineteenth century, the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) has evolved around meeting the needs of people, first in the city of Chicago and now worldwide. A grant from the Sloan Consortium allowed UIC to begin offering blended learning programs in 1997. By 2002, their core courses in Health Informatics were fully online. They are a true pioneer in online learning. Their methodical approach has now paid off with robust enrollments and impressive retention.
Programs We Help The University of Illinois at Chicago Support:
“Given the leap in enrollments, one would have expected some drop off in student quality. But that has NOT happened. Our enrollment quality is far, far better than what we had in the past.”
